Summary
Falcon Ridge, home of the Ottawa Sun Media Challenge, Royal Oak kick-off Day and Michelob Ultra Million Dollar Ace, did not disappoint. It was the place to be as flocks of area golfers brought their excitement to the course as they geared up for the biggest golf week in the city. 10 shots at one million dollars, 1 lip-out, 50 foot put attempt, great competition, amazing food, demos, music, photos...what a party!

Flyer was on fire, and I ain't preachin' to the choir. 'Inferior'sy, Iron'less'Maiden, and Zen'less'girl were no match for the former hole-in-oner (who was not at the time, but is now signed up for the Slammer Tour Hole-In-One Club). He did however, manage to squeak out a dog from another Slammer by an inch. Super match playin'. |

The more girls around, the more hugs he gets, the better he plays. It worked today as he put a bear hug on his opponents; poor Kaki, Oscar and Ripzone. No 'ace' for this Slammer today, I guess that was a given since he entered the hole-in-one club just prior to the event. Rexall is a SuperSenior, but he's not '84' yet. Well done! |

Doh! This 'homer' showed 'em how it's done. After finishing 2nd in the Falcon Ridge club championships earlier in the week, Ticklar came out and didn't skip a beat. With victories over X-Man and Gator, and the upset of PizzaMan, Ticklar moves into the top 20. A birdie and a doggie round out this slim and trim, green beverage drinking/eating Slammer. Good job! |
