NOTABLE: The greens were better than summer conditions. Gotta be the best greens in Eastern Ontario for this time of the year!
CULLIGAN DOGGIES: There were Doggies captured on all of the par 3s. 5 puppies worth 11 bones per. Doggies were claimed by Wally (#4 @10' and #13 @27'), Irons (#9 @ 30'), GoTee (#15 @7'8") and Deter (#17 @3'). Each Doggie was worth 11 bones. Congratulations!
DYNAMIC CHIRO & PHYSIO SKINS: 8 skins won today worth 5 bones each won by Wally (2 skins), PukeyJ (2 skins), Deter (2 skins), GoTee (1 skin) and Chubs (1 skin). Hats off to these winners!!
THANK YOU: to Grumpy for doing an outstanding job collecting Doggie and Skin money at the event, and for doing a great job as Skins Master. KC handled Doggie master duties but I don't need to thank him!!
Grumpy here with KC's permission to add a bit about MILESTONES - This was KidsClub's 400th event. He is the tenth Slammer to achieve this. When he lost to chill - it was her 300th career win (27th to do so - third Slammette). Pukey J had a birdie today and is the 47th to get 75 birds.

Summary
The Slammer Tour heads south to the Prescott Golf Club. Usually, Prescott is one of the 1st courses to open, and Slammers play it so frequently in the early Spring since it drains so well. The driving range, proshop and the 19th hole were all open. Prescott never disappoints in the early season and as always we were treated extremely well. The greens were amazing...well conditioned and quick with no brown spots and cut low enough to make the ball run with trueness. Summer conditioned greens made putting tricky as witnessed by all the Slammers. The fairways had brown spots as expected but the grass is filling in nicely and the course was absolutely dry. Add to the course conditions, the sun and Slammer fellowship made us forget about that long winter we just experienced. And the 19th hole has half price on all of their meals which drew in the public nongolfers. The foods was very good. Top this off with libations and Slammership made a nice way to conclude the event. Thanks to my fellow Slammers for making this a great Spring event.

	We had a late entry to this event and Wally must have had a feeling that he was going to come out and play big time. Yes, the 1st star goes to Wally. He goes undefeated taking down Deter, Chubs, and Dannat. He is swinging the clubs so well. Yes indeed, he has 1 birdie, 2 skins and 2 doggies. Now that's performance. Outstanding Slammer results! Congrats!
	GoTee
	The 2nd star nod goes to GoTee. After he and his wife went on the EG golf trip to Cuba in January and after he spent February in Myrtle, he was definitely ready for the Ottawa golf season. He goes 3-0-0 winning his matches against chill, KidsClub and Grumpy. He has a solid B performance even though he records 2 snowmen in the back 9. He is hitting the ball well as he takes home a doggie by being 4 inches closer than Irons on the par 3 number 15. Well done, GoTee!
	Irons
	The 3nd star goes to Irons. Irons is hitting his irons so crisp. He successfully defends against PukeyJ and Bubba but more importantly he takes home a dog. Great job Irons!
