REAL FANS SKINS: No birdies made today but 5 skins were won all with pars. Skins won by Ehmceey with 3 skins (#1, #6 and #8), KidsClub (#15) and XTour (#18). Each is worth 9 bones per. Superrrr!!

Summary
This marks the 1st PineView Slammer event of the spring season and the start of the PineView Series under the new schedule. The series occurs every Thursday and Sunday at PineView with a few extra thrown in over the season. PineView's location in the city makes an afternoon weekday round, doable. Nine Slammers came out to enjoy some match play golf and bask in the warm of the sunshine. Spring has sprung, the grass has riz I wonder where the birdies iz? No birdies today as the course played tougher than usual. But this didn't deter the Slammers from enjoying golf and the bantering of Slammership. Thanks to the Slammers who came out to Slam!! A familiar face at PineView who knows the course very well takes home the first star home. Ehmcee goes undefeated as he takes down Ozzie and Birdman on or before the 14th hole. He takes home 3 of the 5 skins today and has a doggie to boot. Rumour has it his knee was acting up as he left after his take down of his last opponent on the 14th. Take care. DJD came to play today as he takes the nod for 2nd star. DJD starts off with a Slammer max on the 1st hole but comes storming back. He successfully defends against XTour and GoofBall closing them out by the 13th. He has a nice round as he registers the low round of the event. Excellent and Congrats!! |
