Doggie Report: There were five par threes and all were claimed today. Hole #2 from 18 feet - Luge, Hole #4 from 18 feet - Grumpy, Hole #7 from 18 feet - Blue, Hole #11 from ONE HUNDRED FEET - Duke, Hole #15 from 35 feet - Malone. Each dog was worth $16 and nothing to the kids. Thank you to Stevie Ray for stepping up to do the Doggie Master duties.

Evolution Physio Skins Report: Only birdies were good today for skins. There were five with one each to Monkee (#1), Malone (#9), BigTee (#12), Pepilepu (#16), and Dragon (#17). Each dog worth $15 and nothing to the kids. Thanks goes to Malone for taking care of the skins.

Summary
What a great day today at Champlain. The greens were really good and rolled true all day. We were treated to free golf today and also free drinks after the round and in return all we had to do was whine about the course! That is pretty much in our Slammer wheelhouse. Free Golf, Free booze and lots of whining! The feedback seemed pretty positive and will be used by management going forward as we look to include Champlain as a more regular tour stop.

Today's first star came to roast the course but didn't wait until the 19th hole to do it! On his way to shooting even par 71, he went 3-0 with two birdies, a skin and a dog. Well done! |
