  • The second group apparently played through much drama, hence they were an hour longer than the first group.
  • A seagull chased Cuba's golfball the length of the 7th green, but it was not seen to impede it's path toward a hole in one. Cuba sees it otherwise.

  • Dogs were won by Babz, Pearls and Cuba (2). Cuba and pearls actually tied for the dog on 7 as measured by Clang, but Cuba won a coin toss and ultimately gave Pearls the $.

Summary
Nineteen Slammers ventured to Renfrew and competed in 17 holes of chocolate humidity and a brief thunderous 18th hole deluge.

Intruder
Intruder, unfamiliar with the lead position, still goes 3-0 including a huge upset over SteelCrazy. He also took down the mighty Juice and was able to keep up to Grumpys' pace of play.
Babz (r)
Babz was 2-0 including a TC match win and won a dog. Her niceness was noticed by so many Slammers that her stardom was assured ! That niceness belies the competitor within !
ToothFairy
Toothfairy was 2-0 as part of a mixed TC match victory, and would have beat her playing partner as well. She was below her median and vaulted over Pukey J in the rankings.
