NOTABLE: Out of the 4 groups, 6 Slammers went undefeated today!
NOTABLE: Lots of close matches as 14 of the 24 matches were determined on the 17th or 18th hole!!
NOTABLE: Doog goes undefeated with a 1-0-2 record with ties against 2 former #1's in the McGoop era. He takes home 2 dogs, 1 skin and registers 2 birds and... So Sweeeet!!
EAGLE ALERT: Doog eagles #1 with a sweet 3 on that par 5. Congrats!!
NOTABLE: Also undefeated was Pouf going 2-0-1 with a bird and KidsClub 3-0-0 with a bird! Nicccce!!

REAL FANS SKINS: It was a 4 skin day. Each was worth 20 bones. Winners are Doog (eagle), Gru, Blue and DJD (with birdies). Great shooting!!
CULLIGAN DOGS: 4 puppies taken home worth 20 bones a pop. Winners are Doog (#3 @20ft and #16 @6ft), Cracker (#12 @32ft) and Grumpy (#16 @6ft)! Excellent!!
NOTABLE: KC gives Blue a Leafs jersey today under the condition that he wears it at 3 Slammer events. Blue looks good in Leafs Blue!!

Summary
The outstanding course conditions and the cooperating fall weather made for another enjoyable Slammer Thursday at Pine View. October condition typically means there is a lot more roll on the course and on the greens. Pine View continues to have sweet, quick greens...a real pleasure to play. The groups were ideal as we had 4 foursome comprised of a D, C, B/A and A group. Let the weather, course conditions and enjoyment by the Slammers signal a long weekend of great Slammer golf. Thanks my fellow Slammers for making this a great event! Your OC, KC.

	Duffy
	The 1st star, Duffy, goes undefeated taking out Grumpy, Cracker and is all square with Biscuit Oshumka. He had a great performance with 2 birdies, the most in his Slammer career and he breaks the 90 barrier for the 1st time in his 6 seasons on Tour. He has a personal best of 89. Outstanding round, Duffy, our 1st star!
	Ace
	Ace, a last minute addition, takes the nod for 2nd star. This B player successfully defends against 2 A Slammers, Ehmcee and Blue and goes all square against Gru. He registers an A score his second lowest of the season and registers a birdie on the way. Great job!!
	Biscuit Oshumka
	Biscuit gets the 3rd star honours. He goes undefeated today, registers a bird and matches his Slammer season's best and his Slammer career best. This D Slammer registers a sweet B performance. Congrats!!
