Group One - TC match - Number 7 advances to the ELITE EIGHT in the "C" division by defeating Burrhead 2 and 1. Hey Number 7, is it time to change your name? - Do you even know what team you play for now? This is question one. What team and number in the NHL is this Slammer? In this same group, Burrhead whines about a 99. The adding error had it show up as a 97.
Group Five - TC match - Chubs also advances to the ELITE EIGHT in the Promomedia "B", but it took him 19 holes to take down his buddy Rexall.
Group Six - EAGLE ALERT, three in one group, two by one Slammer, including an ACE. Question two. Who is the only other Slammer to get two eagles in one event and what date?
Group Four - Father of the Year - Legal Eagle missed the last three holes (5, 6 and 7) to go pick up his son. Question six. What scores does a Slammer get when they withdraw from an event? Welcome to first time slammer Anguel (see his quote - 6th bullet below). GreenReader gets back to back birdie skins on 17 and 18.

Summary
Welcome to the Ottawa Sun Scramble kick-off day, sponsored by the good folks at Royal Oak. Falcon Ridge was our host once again and provided excellent fare and service. In today's summary - a prize goes to the first person to email Grumpy@slammertour.com with the correct answers to the TEN trivia questionshidden in this report. Question five. Who did the 'shape the ball' clinic?

	What a Day! Nobody could slay the Dragon. On his way to going undefeated, he upset Rio. After starting the day with back to back par fives on 7(birdie) & 8(par), he stepped up to the ninth and cut off Kids Club's doggie {which was mere inches away}, with his second ever ACE. That's right folks - a hole in one and from one of the Slammers who is not in the ACE club. That was of course good for the doggie and the skin {can you say 51 bones?}. Minus three after three. He wasn't done. Six holes later Dragon became only the second Slammer to get a second eagle in the same event. He had a three on #15 (his ninth hole - and still at -3). Not good for a skin! (Question three. Give another example of when an eagle was cut off for a skin). He did however get two more skins including the only par on THAT #10.
	NoCents
	NoCents has a perfect 3-0 record and jumped 21 rungs on the ladder, when he upset Intruder 5 and 4, having his 5th best Slammer score ever. Along the way, he had a dog on #5, and was surprised to know that he had the only par on #11 for a skin.

	Wally jumps from 79th ranking to 49th. He collects one skin and one dog, and 51 bones. He spent his five hours listening to Rexall and Chubs lamenting about forward tees. At the end of the evening, he was still smiling. Including your challenges, was it worth 12 bones an hour?
