Summary
As Bluesfest opens up in the city tonight, The Slammer Tour ends the 2012 Summer Solstice Back to Back Double Events at Metcalfe Golf Club. For the first time ever thes double events ran for 3 consecutive weeks and proved to be quite successful. As the week closes, be sure to challenge strategically in order to position yourself for the Commish Cup as you have until Sunday, July 8th. (Friday - Manderly, Saturday - Edelweiss and Loch March, Sunday - Mountain Creek and Buckingham)

I wonder if Harley has a side car on his Harley. Well he needed it today to carry his 'puppies' home, because he nabbed 2 doggies today. He went 3-0 by taking out IronMaiden, Inch and RedDog, and potted 2 birdies along the way. Super! |

Some of us out there might remember this old motto, "Give a hoot — don't pollute!" Woodsy Owl is an owl icon for the United States Forest Service. Maybe Slammer Tour Woodsy's motto should be, "Take no prisoners!", because he has left a trail of victims. On this day, Woodsy defends the #1 rank by taking out Chef and Ticklar, while defeating PointZero in a TC Open match. A bird and a par-skin also get added to his stats. Well done! |

This newcomer is starting to take shape. Playing in his second and third events today, Crispy left the course after 10 hours unscathed. Winning all mornig matches just wasn't enough. He had to stay and try it again, and to the dismay of Grumpy, Skeeter, and Gator he did. His 3-0 performance along with 2 birdies earned Crispy,3rd star honours. |
