Summary
The venu for our EG Club Championships, Gatineau Golf Club, looks like it will be in fine shape when Fall rolls around. Fairways have 'greened-up' and the greens are smooth and fast. 9 Slammers made their way to La Belle Provance to battle it out in the middle of Sun Scramble Week. As Le Sorcier hosted the "B" Scramble Championships today, Gatineau was left with a lot of 'A' Classers honing their games for the 'Open' this Friday. Congratulations to those who made the cut and good luck to all Slammer participants still to play.

PizzaMan to Clang as they stand on the first tee watching Dragon Tee-off, "He's a scratch golfer. Wow, really?" Dragon proceeded to duck hook the ball off the tee. However, it didn't slow him down today as he continued his fine play on the Slammer Tour. He 'fired' down 4 birdies today and took home 2 skins. Dragon slayers Hitch and Irons were no match for this mythical creature today. Magnifique! |
