In the TC matches of the day, Tadpole defeated DJD in a thrilling battle while Kricket defeated Gator in an equally epic duel.
Chef cooked up a 3-0 record with only 1 birdie which held up for a skin
Kricket confirms his challenge of Chef once he is assured of not being 10 holed.
Chef accepts his opponents $5 and then buys them a beer.
Aqua was 2-1 and only fell to Enigma on the 18th.
There was a deer with 3 fawns seen by many in different parts of the bordering woods today. Sometimes we went into the woods too.
A single red fox casually walked between the 10th and 17th greens and munched on an unidentified golf course delicacy.
Of the 6 par 3's only 4 were hit and claimed with 2 putts. Hitch had 2 while Enigma and Chef had the others.
Thanks to Tadpole for being Doggie Master, paying out $15 for each winning hole, and writing the exact distance from the cup in permanent sharpie on each winning ball.

Summary
Slammers continue to remark that Arnprior Golf Club at Sand Point is the most improved in the Ottawa Valley, and its hard to disagree. During today's event the weather threatened and changed all afternoon with some spouses at home texting Slammers on course about imminent torrential downpour, but it missed us ! Now that's Slamming !

Stars
	The Enigma
	The Enigma played tough match play golf for the entire round and took out Aqua on 18 for a sweep of his group. He also had a dog, which incidentally gave him a pack of 3 for the weekend. He certainly figured out how to win today.
	TadPole
	Tadpole had a swimmingly good time navigating in the turbulent currents of his group today as he took down Cuba, beat DJD in a TC seniors match, and tied Hitch, a gifted fellow rookie. He was equally adept at keeping up with his remote control cart, which tends to drive away.
	Pipeline (r)
	Pipeline was his fairway hitting consistent self today and was 2-1 with his only defeat at the hands of Chef. He had 2 birdies which held up for valuable skins as well. Way to flow !

Best aspects of course: The areas of this course which were normally a boggy marsh marked by red stakes were dry and the ball was frequently playable. The sand traps are strategically penal and could be played from fairly and with consistency.
