- NOTABLE: KaDaver came back from France with a goatie!
- NOTABLE: Number 7 challenges Ticklar to a 100 yard dash and now sits at #3 in the ranks!
- RULES CHALLENGE: Ticklar claims he won the 100 yard dash...however using cart power is against the dashing rules
- DOGGIES: Four doggies but only three come home with one each to Grumpy (#8 South, 12ft), KaDaver (#3 West, 30ft) and Swanny (#8 West, 7ft)... and how much is that doggie in the window? 20 bones baby!
- SKINS: A total of six skins with three going to PointZero (par #3, birds #10 & #17) and one each to Ticklar (par #7), DeeJay (an "easy" bird apparently on #11) and IronMaiden (bird #12) @ 9 bones a piece

Summary
A light breeze with a slightly overcast sky made for a "shorts worthy" round at Outaouais today with more to come as the week progresses. It's the beginning of the third week of October and even though it's a given we Slammers are going to be out on the course...we must all be livin' the good life to get a weather forecast in the mid to high teens for the entire week! The Slammer events page looks more like it's mid summer with sold out events every single day. The 2012 Tour Championships will all be wrapping up in the next week...Congrats to this year's winners and good luck to those who still have their final matches to play. Come to the Slammies! You know you wannnnnnna!

PointZero was solid today and that's an understatement! Our First star defends his rank from all that dared to challenge and takes six points, two birds and three skins to the bank! These three skins closed the gap and PointZero now sits only two back of the lead in the Evolution Physio skins race. Congrats! |

Swanny is becoming a perpetual star chasser and earns second star today as he defends against SpoonHead and Princess and cuts his rank in half moving 55 spots up the Slammer ranks with the upset win over Grumpy. Six points and a tidy little doggie worth 20 bones round out a successful day in Slammerland. Nice! |

Monsieur KaDaver n'est pas un vrai dead guy....non non non! Il est "alive and kickin" it here in Ottawa as he steps straight off the Tour Effel and back into match play mode. He records two defence wins against DeeJay and RipZone and takes home a doggie along the way. The big win in his TC semi final match earns this "senior" Slammer the nod for third star. Well done! |
