TC "OPEN" MATCH UPDATE: Clang takes the win over Popeye and advances
DOGGIES: Four doggie holes with one each to PointZero (#3, 20ft), Gator (#7, 18 inches), PizzaMan (#8, 2ft) and Popeye (#16, 7ft) @ 16 bones each
SKINS: A whopping TEN skins with two each to Snake & Skeeter and one each for Supersy, Poutine, PizzaMan, Popeye, IronMaiden and Gator @ 6 bones a piece

Summary
Malone is a wizard at booking events and must certainly have a secret when it comes to choosing the right venue on any given day. I cannot recall ever having a Tuesday event scheduled at Canadian but that's where we were obviously destined to play today and even though the weather forecast warned of extreame weather using words such as "large hail", "violent thunder and lightening" with the "chance of tornadoes"....we saw none of that. Not a single drop of rain fell on the lucky 13 Slammers that came out to Canadian today even though all around us to the North, South, West and East, that storm hit with notable force. Slammers must be livin' the clean life.....OK, that made me chuckle just a little!

	PizzaMan
	As coined by KidsClub at last weekend's event at Prescott: "This PizzaMan delivers!". Going 3-0 for 6 points, Pizzaman defends his rank against Popeye and Clang and then succesfully snags Swanny's top 10 rank. He takes the "trifecta" with the 2 foot doggie on the 9th hole par 3....making the bird and taking the skin. That 100 yards earned PizzaMan a total of 22 bones and lots of stats! Congrats!

	Snake was in fine slithering form today and nabs sssssecond star honours defending against fellow rookie Poutine and going all square with other fellow rookie Supersy. No birdies today but he did wrap his jaw around two par-skins ... which, as noted on the 19th hole, pay just as many bones as birdie skins. Nice!
	pointZero
	PointZero does not live up to his nickname very often as going "0-fer" is not usually in the cards for this steady opponent. Today was no exception as PZ successfully defends his lofty rank against Skeeter and Hitch and takes 4 points to add to his Bud Light points total. PZ tops off the day with an early doggie on #3 which was playing 180 yards from the yellow tees today. Well done!
