T-Bone decides to play hole #5 as "Cart Path Only!" He drives it down the right side and his ball hits the cart path and bounces another 120 yards down the path. Then, deciding the drop off the path is worse, he decides to hit it off the cart path and bounces it all the way down the cart path to pin high to the right side of the green!...A full 240 yards of cart path only! Must be a Slammer First. Grumpy?

Tan Co Doggie Report: Four par threes today. All four greens hit. Unfortunately, both Taz and BigTee three putt hole #16 so it goes unclaimed. The other three go to Taz (#3 15'), T-Bone (#7 20'), and BigTee (#9 12'). Each skin worth $10. Thanks go out to Stevie ray for volunteering to do the dogs!

Evolution Pysio Skin Report: Five skins today with each worth $5. Two go to Stevie Ray (#8 and #15 each for par), Big Tee (#4 par), Taz (#5 BOGIE), and Billiards (#13 Par). The only two birdies today were to cut off hole #9!

Summary
IT was a great day for golf at Canadian. At this time of year, you simply could not ask for better conditions. 26 degrees and sunny...maybe a little windy but I would take these conditions any day! The practice facility is clearly top class, the full menu lends itself to being a great 19th hole as well. I like the new GPS carts too! Pace of play was pretty bad today but there isn't much you can do when the public groups ahead of the Slammers are slow. Oh well.

Our first star today played with his usual consistency. He goes 2-0, wins his TC Parent-Child matchup with Billiards to move to the next round and bags two skins. A pretty successful day on the links. Well done Stevie Ray! |

Our second star today goes undefeated with his 1-0 record taking out T-Bone on the 13th hole, nets a doggie, a skin, and a birdie. The undefeated combined with a dog, skin, and birdie gives him the new Slammer Tour Quinella! |

Our third star today may have lost her TC Parent Child Match but she rebounded to go 1-1 and takes home cash for her skin and dog! We hope to see this Slammer out a little more often next season as she would make a great addition to the Slammer family! |
