TC SENIORS MATCH: KaDaver 2012 RBC is the Dominion Securities TC Senior Champion as he defeats Ticklar. Congrats!!
UNDEFEATED: Swanny and IronMaiden also go undefeated today with records of 3-0-0. Excellent!!
POP: The course was jammed packed as golfers came out to enjoy this outstanding day. Slammers, on average, finished around 4 hrs 30 minutes as they are often held up by the public groups.
RULES REMINDER: You the player are responsible for knowing the Rules of Golf and the Slammer Rules. You can ask about a rule but the decision to proceed is yours. Don't blame your fellow Slammer for you not knowing the rules!!
DOGGIE REPORT: 4 doggies worth 20 bones per pop were won by Gazzif (18 ft on #2), KaDaver (13ft on #7), Daverstator (21 ft on #13) and KaDaver (3ft on 16). Congratulations!!
EVOLUTION PHYSIO SKINS: 8 skins today worth 9 bones each won by Sunny with 3, KaDaver with 2, PointZero with 1, Ticklar with 1 and Gazzif with one. That 3rd group was hitting the ball well as they claim 7 of the 8 skins. Excellent!!
NOTABLE: Gazzif has a trifecta on #2 with a birdie, dog and a skin. Great shooting!!

NOTABLE: IronMaiden continues to lead the Doggie Race with 46 (three ahead of the winner's pace last year) and the Skins Race with 33 where currently she is one ahead of PointZero and Malone. Great job Golfer Girl!!
NOTABLE: Grumpy leads all other Slammers with 97 events played to date. He is chasing Ticklar's record of 101 and is on track to surpass it. Great, Grumpy. Side note: Grumpy publicly whines and contributes to the kids for doing so. Good sport, Grumpy!!

Summary
What better way to spend an absolutely outstanding fall afternoon but to play match play Slammer golf. The autumn colours of amber, gold, yellow and red accented the golf course, the glorious sun with little wind warmed our bodies and souls and the golf course was in excellent, excellent condition for fall golf. Some said the course should be rated 11 or 12 out of 10 for this time of year. Fairways and greens were in top notch summer condition. The Slammers knew it was going to be a great day as many came out in shorts and short sleeves. WOW 22.8 degrees almost a record for the day. Under these summer condition, many matches were close as witnessed with 7 matches determined on the 18th. Slamming today was a great way to remind us of the wonderful summer we just had and nice way to bid a fond farewell to summer. Now on to autumn golf!

	KaDaver spent the first part of October globe trotting without golf clubs, came back to Ottawa and is eating up these golf course. Today he celebrates a double trifecta with 2 birdies, 2 doggies and 2 skins. He goes 2-0-1 with upsets against Ticklar (on the 16th) and Sunny (on the 18th). He played the championship match against Ticklar in the Senior Division. Congratulations to KaDaver, the 2012 RBC Dominion Securities TC Senior Champion and our 1st star of the event. Well done!!

	Davestator enjoys this great day on the course. He goes undefeated successfully defending against Grumpy (on the 12th) and Pinshark (on the 13th). Enroute to his match play victories he takes home a puppy. Excellent!

	The 3rd star, PointZero, goes undefeated. Talk about close matches. The outcome of all three of his matches are determined on the 18th where he takes out Ticklar and KaDaver and is all square with Sunny. This photo master and web specialist extraordinaire also takes home a skin to boot. Congrats!!
