 Notables - TC A Final: Woodsy wins up 2 with 1 hole to go over Chilly. Congrats champ!
- Dogs: easy - only two people hit a green today on the par 3's and it was on the same hole, Woodsy was closer and hence gets the doggie sweep!
- We played lift clean and place everywhere today
- PointZero goes 4-up on Hacker and Hacker roars back to go 2-up on PZ with 2 holes to go - PZ wins the last 2 holes for the draw
- Chilly has a leg cramp on his down-swing and looses his tee-shot ball - ouch!
- Woodsy wiffs the ball on 3 occasions but it doesn't rattle him, in fact he goes 1-over on the back nine and wins all his matches!
Falcon Ridge is the home of Ottawa Sun Scramble Royal Oak Kick-Off Day and the Michelob Ultra Million Dollar Ace!

Summary
Looks like the event was going to sell-out until the weather forecast called for rain and clouds, 3 degree weather, flurries, wind nastiness. Four die-hards, or maybe 2 die-hards and 2 that had to play their TC-final, showed up and played a round at our beloved Falcon Ridge. It was cold, it was damp, it was dark and cloudy but it didn't deter us. Although the conditions were not favourable the golf was pretty good for near freezing conditions!

Although there were 4-stars today braving the frigid temperatures there was only one that stood out from the rest. Woodsy wins his TC A final against Chilly 2 and 1, gets the only dog of the day, records the low round, and wins all his matches. Congratulations Champ! |
