Summary
Another beautiful day at eQuinelle. Much better than the last event there when the sirens and horns were out calling everyone off the course because of the Thunder and Lightning showers. Today was a brisk 23 degrees and sunny. You can't ask for better in late July, especially after the recent heat wave. The greens were rolling fast today in preparation for the Flagstick Open this weekend and I believe this increased the money to the kids with the $34.00 kids pot. we welcomed two new Slammers today, Birdman and NoScared. We also welcomed back two Slammers after long absences, Doyzee and HotDog. Another great day at eQuinelle, one of the Slammer Tour hot spots.

Happy Hooker (r)
Today's first star had a tremendous day. First, he shoots his lowest Slammer Tour score. Along the way he takes down Ticklar on the 18th to win his TC Senior match, and feeds Popeye his spinach on the 17th, and finishes off Pouf on 16. Happy Hooker also makes three birdies with two holding up for the skin. Well done and good luck in your next round of the TC Senior division.
MeekaGolf
It was just another day on the links for MeekaGolf, or was it? He wobbled around the course on a bad knee but still managed to outlast his opponents to go 3-0. He takes down Billiards on the 10th hole, Spoonhead and his new knee on the 12th hole, and Birdman on the 17th hole. He birdies two holes and pockets a skin for one of them. Good work.

Usually I would say that a star needs no introduction but in this case, I am wrong. Our third star was playing in his first ever Slammer Tour event and goes a cool 3-0 taking down Noonan on the 11th, Philll on the 12th, and Garbo on the 14th. Ladies and Gentlemen, may I introduce NoScared! Clearly he was not scared today. Welcome to the tour!
