Summary
41 Slammers took to the course(s) today, at a first time, 3 event, Saturday. Slammers were all over the city earning dogs and skins, winning TC matches and enjoying some cold beverages on a beautiful day on the Slammer Tour. As we close out the first round of TC matches for 2013, Manderley brought exciting conclusions to some matches. No rain, no thunder and lightning, a warm summerlike day made for a great day on this, the 3rd event of the day. Don't forget to sign up for the Summer Solstice events. You can play 36 hole of golf in 2 consecutive events on the Slammer Tour. (Wed, June 19 at Manderley, then Wed, June 26 at Metcalfe)

	Compressor
	0 wins, 1 loss, and 1 tie; for sure a 1st star performance! Well, that aside, can you say "Cha-ching!"? Compressor certainly wasn't a winner in the match play aspect of the day. He even lost his TC Match vs Sunny. So, why 1st Star, you ask. 5 birdies! 4 skins! That's right Compressor has a 4 skin day! Pays for the round. Well done!
	Popeye
	After winning the TC B title last year, Popeye has his sights on the A Class Crown, but he was in tough today against Spud. With all of his matches going to the 18th, Popeye need to some nerves of steel today to pull it off. He dug deep and pulled off a par coming home and earned him the tie with Dagger, the win over Ripzone, and the TC A victory over Spud. Awesome!
	PizzaMan
	PizzaMan pads his lead atop the Michelob Ultra points leader board with a 6 point day. Originally going out as a threesome, PizzaMan welcomed a call from springlakes asking to fill out the group. So, after taking out Newsy and HC on the 16th, springlakes 5 bones found a new home on 17, earning PizzaMan the sweep. A doggie on 17 rounded out the day.
