- TC "A" MATCH UPDATE: Bugsy and Hitch played the first 18 of their TC "A" match last week at Gatineau and decided that it was going to take more than another 18 to decide a winner in this battle. They agreed that the double header today at Dragonfly would be the perfect setting...but you'll have to read PizzaMan's afternoon review to find out who won
- DOGGIES: Four doggie holes but only three puppies came home - Hitch (#5, 19ft), Dracula (#7, 4ft), and Gator (#18, 6ft) @ 20 bones each and one lonely doggieless hole #13
- SKINS: Seven skins worth seven bones a piece with two each to Rio (birds #10,#16), Bugsy (birds #4,#15) PointZero (pair of par skins #2,#13) and one for Fowler (bird #3)

Summary
Always a good 'ol time when you head up the valley to take on The Fly and today it was the place to be as weather warnings were issued almost everywhere south of us. There were clouds and bit of rain coming down as the three morning groups hit the first fairway but by the second or third hole the umbrellas were away and the sun was starting to make an appearance and stayed with us through the rest of the day. All the talk on the 19th hole revolved around the upcoming Commish's Cup event on Saturday as everyone guessed and tried to predict who their match ups would be. Only three more sleeps!

Our first star had a great start to the day moving up the Slammer ranks in leaps and bounds....first a leap from 150 to 64 over Gwimmy, a jump to 31 over Flyer and then the bound over PointZero to finish his day at 13. Fowler adds two birds, one skins and six points to his stats! Stellar! |

Rio's second appearance on the Slammer Tour this week! Claiming his top 10 rank on Sunday at Gatineau and succesfully defending it today against Hitch, Dracula and Bugsy with three birds that held up for two skins. His third appearance will be on Saturday as he represents Team Quebec in the anchor position with partner Gaspeboy. Nice! |

Gator is all set to represent the West this weekend and showed 'em he's got the goods to ger 'er done going undefeated in his matches today as he takes down IronMaiden for her top 20 rank and goes all square with PizzaMan and SunShine. Two great birdies that unfortunately met up with other birdies on the skins sheet and a pinskeeking doggie ball that finished inside of six feet on the last hole of the day got him all reved up for the afternoon rematches! Well done! |
