- TC "OPEN" MATCH UPDATE: Malone sinks a bomb on the 18th to take the match against The Kid and advances to the final four
- TC "A" MATCH UPDATE: The Kid over Richie and he moves to the semis
- TC "SENIOR" MATCH UPDATE: KaDaver wins the match over Wally to move on to the final four of this division
- EAGLE ALERT!: KaDaver drops a 3 for eagle on the 18th, 425 yard par 5 - Congrats!
- DOGGIES: This fired up crew of 23 Slammers stuck 'em tight today but in the end five Slammers left with 23 bones each: Shades (#2,12ft), Woodsy (#7,5ft), KaDaver (#11,9ft), Malone (#15,5ft) and springlakes (#17,5ft)
- SKINS: A total of 35 birdies and 1 eagle were recorded today with lots of cutoffs...but four Slammers managed to better 22 others on five holes with two going to Hubby (birds #12,#14) and one each to IronMaiden (bird #9), The Kid (bird #16) and KaDaver (EAGLE #18) @ 19 bones a piece....actually, Malone threw in 5 bones to make it an even 20 bones each - Thanks Maloney!

Summary
Feellin' HOT HOT HOT! And not only the 41 humidex temps but the performances on the course today! Six groups of Slammers took on Stonebridge at this ever popular Tuesday event but there was no patio wrap up today as all took refuge from the heat in the cool climatized 19th watering hole. We all had plenty of water out there thanks to our very own Culligan man Swanny who brought a cooler of cold Culligan water to the first tee but different beverages were enjoyed in the clubhouse as we finalized our day. One week left to qualify for the next Challenge event against The Canadian on July 31st. Good luck to all and we'll see some of you at the Sun Scramble Kick off day at Falcon Ridge on August 2nd.

This dead man was walking today but he was no zombie even though he appeared a little white as he took on Wally for the win in their TC Senior match and defended against Hubby and Shades. With a cutoff birdie on the same hole where he took the dog and an eagle that held up for the skin, KaDaver is in prime shape to take on his next opponent in this Senior TC division and defend his 2012 title. Congrats! |

Malone |
|
Malone stepped up to the plate and turned it on today as he battled for a final four spot in the TC OPEN division taking on The Kid in this elite eight match up....and he drops a long putt on the 18th for bird and the match. Breaking the ST course record, Malone cards four birds, two bogeys and twelve pars and sticks a tight doggie on the 15th....the par three he previously holed back in 2009. Well done! |

Raker |
|
Raker certainly raked them in today recording his best ever performance on the Slammer Tour. With the upset wins over Pommie, Juice and finally Swanny he takes 6 points and moves up a hundred spots in the Slammer ranks. A D classer on paper, Raker stroked only 16 more shots than the course par of 71 and trippled his birdie stats in just one round. Absolutely Stellar! |
