Summary
The Slammer Tour took advantage of near perfect course and weather conditions to score well and to enjoy this sport, this passion, this walk in the green stuff called Slammer Tour match play golf. Being on our best behaviour, the Slammers took pleasure in using the great practice facilities, in scoring well on a well-conditioned course, in close matches, in Slammer comradery and in the 19th hole. Did I mention the 19th hole. It was a great event enjoyed by all. And just think there is another Slammer Tour event this Sunday at Predator. For those of you that have not played here yet, treat yourself to a great day of golf and Slammership.

Woodsy gets the knod for 1st star today as he puts on a golf clinic. He successfully defends against #2 Chef, #5 Crenshaw and #10 Fodder to retain his top Slammer ranking and all of his matches are over by the 16th. How many events can Woodsy go and still retain numero uno? He registers 5 birdies, takes home 2 skins and is 2 over today. Outstanding!! |

Bugsy, our second star, puts on an equally incredible display of match play golf. He goes 3-0-0 takes out Pouf on 15, Hacker on 13 and 10 holes Pistol Pete. He has 3 birdies and takes home 2 skins. He is 4 over but by checking the "Players Matches" at the bottom of this page, he would have beaten all comers. He shoots his personal Slammer best. That's Excellent!! |

When his game is on, T-Bone, the third star, can hit the ball a ton. And hit the ball well, he did today. He goes undefeated taking out Tones, KidsClub and BogeyMan. He has a bird and shoots his personal Slammer best of the season. T-Bone, captain of Team Central, continues to get better peaking for the Commish Cup. Super!! |
