Notables

Maybe the worst welcome for a new Slammer, ever.
Cold and wet for 18 holes! Welcome CRFARick.
Rulz offers drinks for all Slammers on the 19th, Cheers.
Culligan Doggies were captured by Blue, Rulz and Popeye, while Gru nabbed a couple at 19 bones each.
Dynamic Physio and Chiro Skins were presented by IronMaiden to Dracula with a par on hole 13, and Rulz and Gator with birdies on 16 and 17, taking home 31 bones each.
On hole 17, Gator holed out from about 100 feet with his putter, for the bird. Too bad his matches were done.

Summary
Our apologies to the staff at Lombard Glen for making them stay open and wait for us to finish the event. You see, we were the only golfers crazy enough to stay out in nasty spring conditions, perhaps the worst conditions ever, wire to wire, for a completed Slammer Tour event. It can only get better as the weather for the next couple of weeks is looking up. You might even want to try one of our double headers coming up later this week at Whitetail and Edelweiss on Friday and Saturday.

	Rulz
	He is the Slammer that everyone loves to take fivers from, but Rulz was not very generous today, at least on the course. A defence win over CFRARick, and upsets over IronMaiden and Dracula, vaulted Rulz into the top 20. A tight doggie and birdie skin on the 215 yard par 3 #16 sealed the deal for 1st star honours. Well done!
	Intruder
	Popeye is always tough and Gru's been on fire lately. I guess Intruder didn't know that as he took out both opponents on the 15th hole, and that was even with four 3 putts. Great job, partner!
	Blue
	Rain, what rain? It did not seem to affect this leaf fan. Makes sense, all the leafs fans have others things to do than watch hockey. RoadWarrior, Inch and GoTee couldn't match Blue today. His Doggie on 17 helped earn him 3rd star.
