Summary
The greens and fairways at Pineview are coming along so nicely particularly after the Canada Day rain. In the heart of the city, Pineview is the place to play when you only have an afternoon off from work. Its so close and 5 foursomes of Slammers did take advantage of the location and the great conditions to enjoy an afternoon of Slammin. Some were out to earn or solidify a position on their regional Commish Cup team while some were out to just enjoy match play golf and the great weather. The match play results reveal that there were an equal number of upsets as there were successful defences. And we did indeed enjoy the afternoon of Slammin. The 19th hole did help in this cause. Thanks my fellow Slammers for making this a great day of Slammin'!

This Super Senior played super again at Pineview. Chubs takes home 1st star honours as he defeats Flyer, Roesy and Grasshopper. He's pounding the ball well as he has 2 birdies, 2 skins and 2 dogs. The 2012, 2013 and 2014 Super Senior TC champ is going to be tough to beat. Excellent performance today, Chubs!! |

DJD, the 2nd star, plays in a tough group but DJD rises to the occasion as he takes down JonJon, Ozzie and BigTee. DJD makes his mark and has 2 birds, 2 skins and 1 dog. DJD climbs the Slammer ladder to become the new number 3. Congratulations! |

The 3rd star, Slinkie, is making his mark on the Tour. Not because he can go down the stars like his name sake but because he golf in clutch situations. Slinkie takes out Wally, Chuckie and ProZee and just some 120 spots on the Slammer laddie. He also has a birdie and takes home a doggie. Great!! |
