Summary
Slammers trekked to Valderrama Spain this evening and this course proved to be a tough test on this mid winter evening. And we had plenty of entertainment aside from the big screens we were hitting into. As we arrived for our 6:30pm tee time the main sitting area was our spot to watch the four hole playoff between Matsuyama and Fowler and Matsuyama took the 2016 Phoenix Open title. And then the big game between the Panthers and Broncos took us through the rest of our evening with Manning becoming the oldest quarterback to win a Super Bowl. Lucky strikes again ! After the first three holes his match play partners were already concerned as be records two birdies in the first three holes...and this fine play continued throughout his round as he takes down IronMaiden, DaGoalar and his #3 rank, and GolfGeek to win the iTC second round match in the B bracket. Four birdies in total, two skins and two doggies. Hmmmm, no thinking required to declare this fine Slammer as our first star this evening. Excellent Lucky ! |

Malone and Swanny both thought each other deserved a star so they both get one. Malone for his solid play on the screens. He circles four birdies on his match play card but unfortunately all were snookered. He takes 6 points from Shortstack, Swanny and Mullie and adds these to his indoor Slammer stats and maintains his 100 percent winning average through two events this indoor season. Nice! |

Swanny also had a great evening and earns star status with the wins over Shortstack and Mullie and he takes home two skins for his two birdies and tops if off with a doggie on the tough 12th hole that no other Slammer hit this evening. |
