NOTABLE: BearCat was surfer boy today as he takes out a golf board to jump the waves to go Gator hunting. Yes, he takes out the entire Gator family as he wins all his matches and jumps to rank 33. New target placement. Congrats!!
EAGLE ALERT: yes, F6Noob has an eagle today on #15. Congrats!! Rumor has it that his birdie on #12 was almost an eagle as well. Great game and congrats!!
QUICKSNAP DOGGIE REPORT: 3 of 4 doggies won today each worth 26 bones. Doggie winners are IronMaiden (#3 @25ft), Captain Hero (#8 @12ft), and KidsClub (#16 @16ft). So Sweeeeeeeeeeeeet!!
REAL FANS SKINS: 3 skins worth 26 bones each won by F6Noob with 2 (birdie #12 and eagle #15), and Doog (par #17). Grrrrrrrrrrreat!!
WELCOME: to Captain Hero playing in his 1st career Slammer event. A friend of Nivlac, this Captain has match play game! WELCOME ABOARD!!
HOW COMPETITIVE: Great groupings today. For example, the group of Nivlac, Doog, Ticklar and Captain Hero was so close in performance (same scoring median) that the outcome of all their matches was determined on the 18th. Clutch, solid and super!!
SIGHTING: EG CHAMPIONS LEAGUE finishing up at eQuinelle just as the Slammers were just starting. Also sighted was Mother and TinMan, two Slammers, who played behind the SlammerTour. Nice seeing ya all!!

Summary
It was one of those go with the flow type days! Staff told us that we would be about 30 minutes late to tee off but later the GM said that we could tee off 20 minutes early if we were ready to tee. Such great service by the GM. We salute you. After some juggling, we got off 15 minutes early. The weather was dry but iffy sometimes with sunshine and sometimes with the cold. But this didn't deter the Slammers from enjoying eQuinelle which is in fabulous condition from tee to green. The groupings were perfect with a plus 98 1st group, an A 2nd group, a 90's 3rd group and an A final group. Fair, competitive and close matches was the name of the game today. 8 matches went to the 18th and half the matches were upsets and half were successful defences. It so important to make challenges on line before the event. Thanks to my fellow Slammers for making this so enjoyable and thanks to the staff at eQuinelle for outstanding service. Your OC, KC

	The 1st star is in a group where the scoring median difference is 2 (three 84s and a 86). And F6Noob comes to play today with the rank of 93 and he jumps up to the lofty heights of number 5. Yes, he goes 3-0-0 knocking out Shteeme, MeekaGolf and IronMaiden to make the big jump. And he has a birdie and an eagle to take home 2 skins. And that birdie could have been an eagle. WOW! Great Round, F6Noob, and congrats!!

	Pommie had a great day today as he goes undefeated taking out a C player, Cracker, a B player KidsClub and going all square against another B, Stevie Ray He registers his low round since 2013, has his 1st bird of the year and it was the 1st time he went undefeated against 2 Bs and a C. Its all about match play performance baby and you had great results you jump some 130 ranks up the Slammer ladder!! Suuuuuuuper!!
	Captain Hero (r)
	The 3rd star plays in his inagural Slammer event and shows us that he is here to make his Slammer mark. Captain Hero plays against 3 other A players (scoring median difference of 1) and comes up undefeated taking out Doog, Nivlac and going all square against Ticklar. He has a bird and takes home a doggie as well. So he makes his mark as he now has a 100% win record. He makes a huge jump up the rank ladder going from 441 up to lucky 13. Well done Captain Hero!! Congrats!
