Summary
The morning round of this double header was colder than expected. This didn't deter the Slammers from going out and enjoying themselves on one of the best conditioned golf course in the Ottawa area. The fairways are like carpet, trimmed and manicured while the greens were quick, true and challenging. And with these conditions, the Slammers rose to the competitive match play situation. Exactly half of the matches were upsets and the other half successful defences. Lots of movement on the ranking ladder. It was such an enjoyable Slammer morning and lunch was on the Commish if you were scheduled to play 36. Thank you to the staff at eQuinelle for the great service and thank you to my fellow Slammers for such an enjoyable event!! Your OC, KC
