Summary
What an awesomely hot, dry day at Cedarhill today. Some thrive under these conditions and others do not. Which are you?? We saw about 10 seconds of rain and heard some rolling thunder before a single flash of lightning in the distance. But the sun came back and many Slammers found themselves hunting for the shady spots to stay cool as we wound our way through Cedarhill. The course was in good shape considering the dry conditions Ottawa has seen the past few weeks and the greens were rolling very well. I want to give special Kudo's to Barbara working behind the bar at the 19th hole for remembering how to make a "Mulder". Just ask her for one if you are up for a mintless diet mojito!! ......... Mulder out.

	Four of the Tour's premiere golfers teed off in a battle of titans. Tour ranks 1, 2, 4 and 20 all in the same group. And in the end, McGoop defended his number one rank going 3-0, shooting a 75, netting three birdies, one dog and one skin. The dog was his 100th of his Slammer career. Simply a great round. Well played.

	Our second star had a great day with two birdies, a dog and he is the new number 14 after going 3-0 against some very competitive golfers. Great Job TMC!!

	This Slammette was the epitomy of a match play golfer today. She was in her C class and D class TC matches today and she showed up swinging. Going 3-0 and taking both TC matches earns Nikemom the nod to be our third star today. Good job and good luck in the next round.
