Summary
A new Slammer Tour initiative occured today at Falcon Ridge Golf Course. Three 'Junior' Slammers teed it up immediately after 15 'Regular' Slammers on a beautiful, sunny, Wednesday afternoon, for the first of 4 weekly back-to-back Slammer Events. Junior and Regular Slammers had a great day as they competed in Ottawa's premier match play golf league. Good luck to all competitors as they hone their 'games' for the Commish's Cup on the weekend. And, remember to check out the schedule, as there are 'daily' events on The Slammer Tour. Pick one...pick a few...whatever works for your schedule. Go Team South!

Davestator quietly crept up like an Intruder and Hacked his way to a Crispy 3-0 result today to vault him into the top 10. To highlight this great performance, he got a birdie and a doggie. Well done! |

Sheee's baaack! Our Doggie leader was at it again after a brief hiatus. She put down 3 "Eddie" heads, 2 of which held up for dogs, moving her further ahead of the pack with 27! She also got a birdie and a skin, defeated Stymie, and upset Number 7, but fell short on 18 with PizzaMan (She had just run her 100yd dash.) Amazing! |

It's been about 4 week since PizzaMan earned 6 points at an event, but today he got back on track with a TC B victory over Stymie, and upset wins over IronMaiden and Number 7. PizzaMan also birdied #17 for the skin and jumped into the top 20. |
