It's been another good year of growth for the Tour. We had over 20 Rookies play this year, we almost hit 1,000 rounds played (double from last year), 52 Slammers played 5 or more events (up from 28 in 2004) and a total of 102 who came out at least once.
The 1st annual Tour Championship was introduced, the second annual Father Son Championship was held and we had a couple team events - Ryder Cup and Greensmere Challenge - which we stunk out the joint at!
Thanks to our sponsors!

Greensmere Challenge
- 3rd annual
- Slammers get pounded 37-11
- Intention is to challenge more courses to take us on so stay tuned!
Ryder Cup at Oliver's Nest in Lindsay, ON
- This year we had two 12-man Slammer teams (Rooks & Vets)
- Seven teams participated and we got spanked but...
- Congrats to the Rookies for taking 14 points (4th) where the Vets only managed a paltry 9 points (7th) to come dead last
- Even though teamwise things didn't work out quite as planned there was an individual who did have a very special day one of those days we regularly dream of but never seems to happen … well ….
- Chilly had a special round, he's had 7 birdies on the day and finds himself on the 18th green needing to get up and down for a dream score of 69 what's he do? Chips it in! Shoots 68, birdies 6 of the 7 last holes, 8 birds all together so I'd like to ask Chilly to come up and accept a small memento of his special day.
See you on Tour!
