Summary
There was a hour rain delay with the course closed before the golf addicted Slammers agreed to play the event. Up until then there were heavy down pours and lightning. Gambling on the weather and winning, the optimistic Slammers enjoyed 18 holes of glorious summer match play golf without any rain. A wonderful time was had by all. A special thanks to Thom Miller the pro at Prescott who offered us a rain check in the event that the Tour was rained out before completing nine!!
