POP: The EG threesome of golfers, first off the tee, came in with a large gap ahead of the first Slammer group. The 1st Slammer group came in at 4:50. We need to work on POP!!
Honourable Mention goes to Turtle who successfully defends against 2 and comes in with 2 skins. Turtle, Turtle rah, rah, rah!!
Congratulations to Bubba65 who had a hole in one at LeSorcier yesterday on #6 a par 4. Astounding!!
There was only 1 birdie registered today!!
It was a tough course with only 3 players shooting below their average!!
Group 2 had 24 three putts combined!!
The Slammer average for today's event was 4 three putts per Slammer!!
Slapshot misses the faceoff at centre and meets his group on the 1st green!!

Summary
It was an absolutely picture perfect setting for a Slammer event on the last day in July - a classic course, picturesque scenery, A+ conditions, wonderful weather and enjoyable Slammers. The classic Stanley Thompson designed course, steeped in history, winds tightly through forests and features some interesting elevation changes making it challenging but extremely enjoyable for this "informal B/C/D" Slammer event. It is understandable why this majestic course has picked up many accolades. This tough course was in outstanding shape from tee to green challenging the golf game of many Slammers and making the matches most enjoyable. The service from the bag drop through to the 19th was A class. Thanks to our fellow Slammers for making this day truly remarkable, enjoyable and memorable.

	TJ, our 1st star, has a demo driver and makes good use of it hitting long and straight drives and wins all of his matches. He takes out Turtle, Pingman and KidsClub, shoots 4 below his average and jumps 40 odd spots to get into the top 15. He takes home 2 dogs to boot. Outstanding!!
	Shades (r)
	The 2nd star, Shades, sweeps all his matches taking out Grumpy, Bubba and BackFlash. On route, he has a birdie and a skin. Excellent!!
	Fuzzy
	Our 3rd star, Fuzzy, goes 3-0-0 taking matches from Domer, Silverback and SlapShot. He takes home 2 skins to boot. Well done!!
