Since there were only 4 players today, we only ran the Doggies. Today there were five par 3's but only two were claimed. T-Bone inches out Pinshark on the 3rd hole from 20 feet. Pinshark hits the 16th green and makes his par. Each of the two skins was worth $10 with zero going to the kids. Thanks to Culligan for the sponsorship!

Summary
Welcome to the swamp! It was tough sledding today. With loads of fairway ponds, it was rare a ball managed to be played down. Heavy wind, rain, and hail were the norm which made it very difficult to make shots. Regardless of all that, we still had fun. Hopefully the weather will turn soon and we will be on the courses with sunny skies and temperatures in the 20's. Until then, we play where we can, when we can.

Today's only star goes to ROOKIE JonJon. He takes out PointZero on the 13th, PinShark on the 14th, and T-Bone on the 17th winning all three of his matches to claim an undefeated start to his Slammer Tour career. He says he is looking forward to playing many more rounds. we are looking forward to him playing them too! well done! |
