Summary
Happy New Year Bill! Yes it is about time that I finally got here. But I will miss next Friday - there is a Sens game (see the first quote). Kookie reported a couple of days ago that she walked around the course and her feet were dry. YES that's right folks, we could play today without hip waders. Remember that we are planning to play here every Friday and chose this time slot that allows for a half day of work.

Potter! What a machine - how does that kid do it? Remember kids out there stay active your life - start when you are younger. Then you too can be the only player in the field to go 3-0. In the old foursome where nobody scored more than their median, this JKRowling character started off very slowly with cart path relief, cart path relief, water and lost ball and ahead of nobody after one hole. Congratulations on collecting that sleeve of Titleist balls from Prescott. Did I mention that he had one of only two birds on the day. TWO MILESTONES - he handed Gator his 600th loss three holes after giving Grumpy his 1500th loss. |

A small field - therefore OC only chose one star at the event. Sitting at home and typing, I decided to pick one of the guys in the young group. He understood Macdahustla, He went undefeated, including a draw with the Slammer (Nibbs) that was supposed to be best in the field. Finally his upset of his fellow Scot moved him 124 steps up the Slammer ladder and into the top ten B class. |
