Summary
PineView Thursdays makes for enjoyable match play golf towards the end of the work week and a very short drive from the downtown core. Today's event started off cold under dark cloudy conditions which appeared to signal precipitation. The excellent course conditions made golfing enjoyable and scorable and most Slammer took advantage of the conditions. Carpet like fairways and OMG, the greens were super quick but true. So enjoyable to play match play golf. And not a drop of precip fell while out on the course. The coldness outside made the decision to hold the windup inside an easy one. Lots of warmth and chatter on the 19th hole. Thanks my fellow Slammers for another enjoyable PineView Thursday. Your OC, KC.
