Notables

NOTABLE ONE - Stevie Ray is in the house and is about to play his 854th event. He leads the Tour! That means he has doled out 4270 bones for doggies. Don't feel sorry for him. he will break even if he doesn't win a dog in his next six events. More importantly know that he has never bought brussel sprouts with any of his winnings.
MILESTONE - When Mulder sunk his putt on 18, he earned his 500th career point. He is only the 54th Slammer to get to that plateau.
NOTABLE TWO, 3&4 - Chip me in, hits his longest drive of his career. Like in TinCup it helps when you hit the road (#11 teebox). Unfortunately it didn't finally bounce right and winds up OB.
The lead group were held up by the public (Leafs fans! - prolly hungover, from the night before), but found three ways to get a bogey. SCrazy hit a tree, Chip me in 3 jacked and GongShow flew the green.
NOTABLE FIVE - This may be the most that this OC has ever seen written or heard spoken at how impressed they were with a course. Seems like the Slammers are wanting for courses to open and lets get playing!
NOTABLE SIX - Most Stylin? - Maybe the new hat on BearCat? Then again, there was that time on hole 16 (he proved it) when someone's underwear matched his outfit - and NO it wasn't Pukey J!
NOTABLE SEVEN - These events run so much more smotthly when you volunteer to be Doggie or Skin Master. Thank you Broker4Tickets for your sponsorship and sending Mulder along ONCE AGAIN to be our Skin Master. Stevie Ray did a great job representing QuickSnap with the Doggie report. However he only had to issue two out (Mulder on 5 & T-bird on 14). THANK YOU BOTH GENTS!
LAST NOTABLE - Dead Flies lead guitarist doesn't know how to play the Eagles' Take It Easy! But we all know that he is aware of "a-runnin' down the road try'n to loosen my load, I've got seven women on my mind. Four that want to own me, two that want to stone me, One says she's a friend of mine!"

Summary
Welcome to 2018 season at home. We are hosting on Opening Day but are not the first official local event, because Macdahustla is coordinating a group over at home course Casselview. Today we have eighteen (18) Slammers chomping at the bit. The starter, Dave is wondering what is this group! Finto (our newest Slammer) is welcomed! He is now called Knacker. Warning to all Slammers coming to Cedarhill, it is now a BYOW course. They are no longer supplying water at the first tee.

	Grumpy
	this D player shoots a C game and upsets three Cs, that play D-like. Enters today's event 0-29-1 vs a Slammer that he beat for the first time today. He also beat Green Arrow for only the second time in their 6 matches. Yes he beat Mulder for the 35th time (30 more and they will be at .500). His back nine consisted of two pars, five bogeys, and two doubles, for an even bogey back nine. Bogey golf is even better than a C score! He had to fight so they didn't get a picture of him receiving THAT fiver from the unnamed Slammer. So there is no record and only the 17 Slammers at the 19th hole are aware of that embarrassing (not for all of us!) moment
	T-bird
	So what was T-bird's day like? THREE and OH!, 1 dog & 1 skin. Although this teacher is having a hard time getting out of high school, he had no problem accumulating star points (14 in fact). He wore his brand new shirt stating that he is the 2017 B Club Champion. Although being the champ - he entered today winless against this group (0-5) in fact he had played and lost to them all. Today a clean sheet and he isn't even a goaltender. He also owns the second last quotable, down there to the left.
	Cracker
	Cracker had a tick-it-y boo day, went undefeated and now has this bronze medal to go along with an earlier gold and silver. That's right, Cracker has now joined Flyer as the only two Slammers in 2018 to be a first, second and third star. Today he entered play with a combined record of 8-5-1 vs. his group. That record included a 1-4 record against GovNer4. Their match today was their closest ever as neither player was ever more than 1U. Although he halved his match with BearCat, Cracker had to win 4 of the last 5 holes to do. GREAT FINISH!
