Summary
An enjoyable Slammer day in Slammerville. The event started off with the announcement about lift clean and place on your own fairways. But it became apparent after a couple of holes that Cedarhill was in spring condition with very little water on the fairways. It was warm and sunny for most of the day with a sprinkle on a couple of holes near the end of the back 9. Great day for slamming and match play golf. The groupings by all accounts were competitive and extremely enjoyable. And the 19th hole was very enjoyable as always and also a great learning experience. We really enjoyed the day Slammin’. Our first star, The Enigma, has a great day out there on the links defending his top-seeded C ranking against all comers in the field. That’s right he goes three and zero against Sutty, Cracker, and Hazel Basil. Great match play results and in addition he has a bird and wins a skin. Outstanding!! |

Steel Crazy has been playing extremely well early this season and it looks like the improved version of Steel Crazy is here to stay. He has match play wins over A, B, and C players. He doesn’t discriminate as he takes down Macdahustler (A), Chaddererbox (B), and GovNer4 (C) all by the 15th hole....Steel Crazy is the new #1 B Slammer. To boot Steel Crazy takes home a house trained Doggie. Keep up your great game Steel Crazy!! |
