Summary
OMG today summarized lots of our summer Slammer days. The weather forecast was good but when we woke up lots of rain clouds and it looked like a downpour coming. The drive to the course from across the city was interrupted by an accident on the Queensway and lots of detours due to road work. But we all made it to the Marshes with time enough to enjoy the range or at least hits some balls. We all teed off on time and enjoyed the unexplainable tougher than expected course conditions. Marshes is always in super golf condition from to tee to green with those quick, quick greens. Stroke play scores are not that important cause we are playing Slammer match play. OMG anything can happen....and it did!! We all enjoyed our foursomes, the match play golf, the course conditions and the Slammership. A great day Slammin at Marshes. And the 19th hole always is a sweet way to toast a day of playing our favourite sport. Thank you Marshes and my fellow Slammers. Your OC, KC!!

Yes there is some sense of accomplishment of knocking off #1 and having your Slammer name as #1 in your division.Today Bookie, Green Arrow and Mulder go after Gator’s rank. And Gator now playing T5.
