Summary
Wow a day like this is exactly what summer golf is all about. As Michael Buble sings "It’s a beautiful day and I can’t stop myself from smiling". Yes a perfect summer day, sunny, hot, blue skies, fast greens and as seniors we are on the top side of the fairways. Four Slammers The Enigma, Gator, Cracker and KidsClub enjoyed the wonder weather conditions, the top notch course conditions and the friendly Slammership and yes, of course, match play golf. In addition, a nice 9:30 start at a course close to town only added to this beautiful day of Slammin'. And some used it as a great warmup for the Ottawa Citizen Golf Championship this weekend. Cracker had a great day on the course. He takes KC to the 18th and takes down Gator for his rank and successfully defends against The Enigma. He jumps up his division ladder up to C2. Congrats, Cracker!! |
