Summary
There was an last minute OC replacement as Dr. Pepper was not feeling well this morning. We all hope you get better quickly. Not a great way to spend a long weekend. Arriving at PineView, we had the typically happy Slammership going on. After a relatively long delay due to 2 groups of public golfers who showed up at the last minute well beyond their tee times, the Slammers got their start. The Slammers found PineView was scorable friendly today. Lots of roll on the fairways and receptive, true greens for the most part. A great day on the links as there was an overcast start but no rain for the entire event. We always want to enjoy 3 days of golf over the long weekend. Some of these guys are good and the Slammers from Quebec lead the charge showing us how to play so, so well today. In fact they capture all 3 stars. We had a super day Slammin enjoying an afternoon on a golf course. Thank you PineView for the excellent service and thank you my fellow Slammers for a great day of match play golf. Your OC, KC.

Spud was on fire today as he captures 1st star honours. He goes undefeated with wins over an A classers and 2 Bs. In addition, he earns the tripe twos taking home 2 doggies, 2 of the 6 skins and 2 birdies. He plays so well he scores an O score. And yes siree he is he big bones winner for the event. Well done, Sir!! |

Old Spice, wins the second star nod. He goes 3-0-0 against fellow A classers. He registers an O score, has a birdie and takes home Karma for volunteering as Skin Master. He wins his MPC A division match over Pouf to advance to the final four. And on top of all of that he registers the low round for the event. Congrats!! |

Pipeline takes the 3rd star as this B classers defeats an A classer and a fellow B. He earns star points for his doggie and for shooting an A class score! Super!! And yes Pipeline gets karma for Volunteering as Doggie Master. And he his such a sportsman for sharing his insights on the 19th hole!! |
