In the 7th annual Greensmere Challenge, Slammers put up another great fight with lots of very close matches but in the soggy end they fell a little short, again, and lost overall 26-22. The weather was absolutely perfect and although the course was very moist, we escape with one or two drops of rain instead of the forecasted wash-out. Thanks again to Gerry Bower for coordinating and handling all the scoring.
